En 1888, Vincent van Gogh écrivait à son frère Theo : “On perd toujours quand on est isolé”.


Aujourd’hui, grâce à l’ouverture de son bureau de représentation en Corée, et grâce à son directeur Kevin Park, l’Institut Van Gogh a pour ambition de fédérer tous les aficionados coréens de Van Gogh autour d’un projet unique qui sera dévoilé au mois d’octobre au plus tard.


L’Institut Van Gogh a choisi la Corée comme porte d’entrée pour son développement en Asie car les Coréens sont les plus nombreux visiteurs de la Maison de Van Gogh à Auvers-sur-Oise (France).


A titre personnel, j’ai beaucoup d’affection pour les Coréens et la culture Coréenne… dont je partage la joie de vivre et l’amour pour Van Gogh !

Today, thanks to the opening of its representative office in Korea, and thanks to its director Kevin Park, the Van Gogh Institute aims to unite all Korean Van Gogh aficionados around a unique project that will be unveiled in October at the latest.

The Van Gogh Institute has chosen Korea as a gateway for its development in Asia as Koreans are the most numerous visitors to the Van Gogh House in Auvers-sur-Oise (France).

Personally, I have a lot of affection for the Koreans and the Korean culture ... of which I share the joy of living and the love for Van Gogh!
